PRE FESTIVAL
August 24 & August 25 - 8:00a.-12:00p.
Downtown Clean-up: Assist with cleaning up the downtown festival site and mural locations. This could include picking up trash, sweeping, power washing, raking, moving objects and heavy lifting. Please wear appropriate clothing and please bring work gloves.

DURING FESTIVAL
Site Setup: Assist others with setting up and prepping the Bright Walls Festival Site/Mural Sites. Times are not restricted - more of a suggested drop in.

Shuttle Drivers: Using Bright Walls car to shuttle artists from hotels to the festival site.

Command Center:  Monitoring the information/merchandise booth. Must be comfortable with answering questions and selling merchandise.

Festival Greeter: Greeting guests as they come into the festival. May also include passing out maps, answering questions, etc. *STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME*

Artist Supply Setup: Getting supplies out of the storage area for the artists. Setting up paint cans, brushes, etc. at each mural location based on artist arrival. (may require heavy lifting)

Artist Supply Tear-Down: Putting supplies away (as needed) into the storage area for the artists. Putting away paint cans, brushes, etc. (may require heavy lifting)

Supply Truck Monitor: Monitoring the supply truck to ensure ONLY artists or runners are checking out artist supplies. (sitting for long periods of time)

Mural Guided Tour: Taking visitors around to the  2018 & 2019 Murals for a guided tour to share information, stories and to answer questions.

Partner Dinner Assistance: Assist with passing out badges and drink tickets to sponsors, team and artists

Music Stage Assistance: Assist the team and crew with stage set up and prep for Friday music

ID+Wristband: Checking ID's and Wrist banding guests (with the appropriate wristband) that are entering the music/bar area

Mini-Mural Assistance: Setting up Boards (heavy lifting), paint stations, tarps, supplies, etc. Checking in Artists to the Mini Mural Competition, answering questions and guiding them to the right location. Assisting with the tear down of Mini Murals. Moving/putting away supplies (may require heavy lifting)

Family Day Assistance:  Checking in booths, helping setup booths (may require heavy lifting).

Artist Talk Assistance:  Greeter and Ticket Agent

Mural Docent: Talking about murals, taking pictures for guests, guiding sponsor photos, etc.

VIP Greeter: Greeting VIP members as they come into the VIP AREA. May also include passing out maps, answering questions, etc. *STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME*

VIP Parking Attendants: Monitoring VIP parking areas and helping direct traffic. *STANDING FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME*
